    Karageorghis asked him to put to Leventis (then seriously ill in Athens) the Department of Antiquities' need for money to repatriate a Late Bronze Age bronze stand illicitly exported after 1974 and traced to a dealer at Drei Eichen near Frankfurt; days later the Department received the required sum.
