- 1997Survey of the land behind Kourion, the 1997 Sotira Archaeological Project survey, published with Stuart Swiny.

- 1999Co-authored the preliminary report of the 1999 excavations at Kourion's Amathous Gate cemetery (Parks, Mavromatis and Harper). The excavations, directed by the late Danielle Parks, ran 1995-2000; a 2001 report covers the 2000 season.
- 2005–2007Kourion Mapping Project, whose third and final season on the acropolis ended in August 2007; Danielle Parks conceived it to place the cemetery project in relation to the acropolis. Mavromatis co-authored the 2009 RDAC paper.

- 2024Co-editor (with M. Given and R. S. Gabrieli) of the final publication of the Amathous Gate cemetery; writes ch. 4 (Kourion's Environment and Hinterland) and ch. 7 (Deposition and Dumping in Area A) and is credited with the comprehensive stratigraphic analysis.
