    Sent by UNESCO to Cyprus to study and supervise preservation and restoration of the Gothic cathedral churches of Nicosia and Famagusta (called Prof. Carlo Musso).

    Supervised work on the Latin Cathedral of St Sophia (Selimiye Mosque), Nicosia, begun 1969 and continued annually until spring 1974; 1970: detailed plans and investigation of foundations completed.
