Life and work
- 1966Began, in the spring campaign, stratigraphic sounding Z at Salamis; it had been stopped at a still high level, hampered by walls of late houses that had to be recorded and dismantled; finds range back to the end of the Archaic period (e.g. amphora no. 801).
