    Hosted William Turner at his cottage at Yeroskipou (supper and beds) and accompanied him next day to the rock-cut tombs of Palaio Castro near New Paphos; Turner remarks that 'Signor Andrea, who probably was a better fisherman than antiquary', did not tell them of the subterranean tombs.
