History
- 1944On the death of Heracles Skyrianides of Limassol, his collection was divided among his three children; one share went to Chris Phylactou's mother.
- 1974Phylactou reports the part of the collection taken to his house at Bellapais as irretrievably lost after the Turkish invasion.
- 1977A Red Polished askos from Dhenia, a Red Polished jug with animal-head neck and a composite Base Ring II bowl in the 'Collection Chr. Phylactou, Nicosie' are published in the BCH Chronique.
- 2010The collection is lent to the Leventis Municipal Museum, Nicosia, for the opening of its new wing; catalogue by Vassos Karageorghis published by the A. G. Leventis Foundation.
