History
- 1936BSR Director Colin Hardie, with the School's Librarian Ellis Waterhouse, came to Cyprus to identify a possible site for a School excavation. Stanley-Price says the School was temporarily closed because of anti-British feeling by the Italian fascist authorities.
- 1936Stanley-Price says C. A. Raleigh Radford became BSR Director succeeding Colin Hardie.
- 1978–1982Demetrios Michaelides was Assistant Director of the School in 1978 and Cultural Adviser and Assistant Librarian in 1981-82, before becoming Archaeological Officer in the Cyprus Department of Antiquities in 1982.
