Description:

Head of limestone female statuette wearing diadem of rosettes and ear-caps with rosette discs; originally a standing figure facing forward, with an oval face; oval asymmetrical eyes, nose mostly broken away, mouth with slightly raised lips suggesting a smile; on the front of the head, the coiffure is arranged in parallel strands, held in by a flat diadem decorated with seven wheel-like rosettes around the head, but behind the hair falls to the neck; she wears rosette earrings and ear covers; the stone has a greenish brown patina.
