The type of the kourotrophos is common in Cypriot stone and terracotta sculpture. The woman sits on a high-backed throne and holds the well-swaddled child on her lap. H.: 7 x 3 3/4 x 3 1/2 in. (17.8 x 9.5 x 8.9 cm)
