The bronze statue was found in the southeast corner of a plâce in the central part of the building. It was deposited in a recess protected by a screen-wall of plâce, whose upper edge stopped at the level of the god's chest. The lower part of this screenwall rested on the floor of the room. The floor is not the original floor of the room, nor the last. Indeed we found a more recent floor of a higher level, which is the terrier, and other floors older, still to be cleared. On the floor on which this plâe screen was built, we found a fragment of white slip-ware which may belong tenir au XIV siècle et même être antérieur. C'est un unique fragment and one must await the continuation of the clearing before pronouncing with certainty. But in other parts of the building the latest floors, that is to say the first met with in the course of the clearing belong to the final stage of the Late Bronze Age and even to the transition, that is to say au XIII siècle Avant J.-C. c'est la période que M. Schaeffer calls in his Stratigraphie comparée Late Cypriot I.
