The bronze statue was found in the southeast corner of a room in the central part of the building. It was standing upright in a recess protected by a screenwall of pisé whose upper edge stopped at the level of the God's chest. The lower part of this screenwall rested on the floor of the room. This floor is not the original floor of the room, nor the last. Indeed we found a more recent floor at a higher level which is the last, and other floorsolder which are still to be cleared. On the floor on which this pisé screen was built, we found a fragment of White Slip ware which may belong tenir au XIV siècle et même être antérieur.C'est un unique fragment and one must await the continuation of the clearance before pronouncing with certainty. But in other parts of the building the latest floors, that is the first encountered in the course of the clearance belong to the final phase of the Late Bronze Age and even to the transition, that is to say au XII siecle Avant J-C.C'est la période que Mr Schaeffer calls in his Stratigraphie Comparée Cypriote Iron I.
