Dear Director,

I thank you for your letter of 6 June.

I immediately got in touch with the services of the Embassy.

I learned today that they have been notified by your colleagues in Cyprus, and are now waiting to obtain the final authorisation from London.

I gave them your address, and Mr. Spring, who is handling the matter, promised me that he would let you know as soon as the authorisation from London has been received.

Please accept, Sir, the expression of my distinguished sentiments.
