Dear Director,

I thank you for your letter of 6 June.

I immediately got in touch with the Embassy's services.

Meanwhile I learned that he has been advised by your colleagues in Cyprus, and awaiting nevertheless the final authorisation from London.

I gave them your address, and Mr Spring, who is handling the matter, promised me to let you know as soon as the authorisation from London has been received.

Please accept, Sir, the expression of my distinguished sentiments.
