12/5Here trial trench 6 is opened. extending from a point below the entrée terrace upward in a straight southerly direction towards Haroupían. Peculiarly enough the lowest high field wall does not correspond to any ancient wall beneath it. Where one expected such a one, instead the earth measures ^c/1,70 m in depth, whereby several layers can be distinguished (see below). From the uneven, unworked rock here one comes at the entrée terrace up onto a clearly hewn horizontal rock floor, which extends ^c/2,50 m upward in the trench. This floor appears to be of interest; here part of a street, ascent or similar has been cut across From the surrounding terrain conditions, to judge, it comes from the northwest and runs in the direction of the entrée.
