2/11Chamber B is opened. Its door packing was not in situ, and the chamber has been plundered in modern times. A foot-deep layer of laspi covers the floor. The structure of the chamber is very fine, and it is symmetrically laid out, with a parallelepiped column at the middle of the back wall, two shallow niches at the level of the floor surface on either side of it, and at the far ends, in each direction, a smaller niche raised above the level of the floor, deep and strongly marbled. The laspi layer, which is covered by sherds and other sad traces of the plundering, contains numerous bronzes and small vessels.
