Description

A globular jug with a banded neck, a beaked spout and a strap handle, shown on a pale surface against a grey backdrop. Dark painted decoration covers one side: a long-legged bird with a long beak and a striped wing, with a chevron-like motif above its tail. A number label sits on the body, and the surface shows fine horizontal scratches and wear.
