Description

A broken pottery sherd drawn in black ink and grey wash on a cream oval mount. A broad black vertical band beside a pale stripe sits on the left, next to a zigzag of hatched triangles, while curved black bands fan out across a grey wash area on the right. Thin cracks run across the fragment, and a number label is written below the mount.
