Description

A single dark, roughly rounded stone sits on a smooth, pale surface, casting a strong shadow to its right. Its rough surface has several small pale patches and a few shallow hollows, and one side is flattened. The photograph is taken at a slight angle from above, with the stone filling much of the centre of the frame.
