Description

Three dark, weathered wooden pieces lie on a light cloth, each bent or warped out of shape. The top piece is straight with a pale, flaking surface, while the middle and lower pieces curve sharply and show split, fibrous ends. A metal measuring rod with a folding end runs across the middle, and thin threads hold the pieces in place.
