Description

A single broken pottery sherd, dark grey, photographed on a pale grey card mount. Its outer surface has many closely spaced horizontal ridges and grooves running across the body, with a smooth band and a raised line near the rim edge at the top. The broken edges are rough and irregular, and a handwritten letter and partial number appear in the lower right corner of the card.
