Description

A carved limestone head seen frontally on a dark stand against a grey backdrop. The hair is shown as a band of rounded curls above the brow with smooth waves over the top of the head, and the beard is made of many spiral curls. The almond eyes and slight smile are clearly modelled, and a small pale chip shows on the forehead; a number label sits on the stand.
