Description

The upper body of a limestone statue is shown against a black background, with the head turned slightly to one side. The hair is arranged in close horizontal bands above the forehead, with a curled lock beside the ear, and a double row of beads hangs across the chest. A hand held at the chest grips a rounded object, and the weathered stone surface is pitted; the lower body is cut off by the frame.
