Description

A carved limestone head facing right, shown in profile against a plain grey backdrop, wears a close-fitting cap with a raised band across the brow and a large modelled ear. The face is weathered, with a worn nose and chin, and the rough surface is pitted. The head stands on a small base held up by a short post.
