Description
A small boy with light, short hair stands barefoot on a stone-paved veranda, one hand resting on the turned leg of a wooden table, wearing a long white nightshirt with an open collar. Behind him, a figure in a pale dress walks away along the veranda past a row of wooden chairs, and white laundry hangs from a beam on the right. Plastered walls and a dark roof edge frame the scene.
