Description

A long, heavily corroded iron object photographed upright against a pale background. Its upper end is a thick, rounded shank with a ring-shaped collar below it, and the lower part widens into a blade-like form that tapers to a point. The surface is crusted and pitted with rust, and the print is mounted on a yellowish card with a small handwritten label along the bottom edge.
