Limestone Proto-Cypriote

Description

The carved limestone head is shown in side profile facing right, with a rounded close-fitting cap and a raised knob at the top back. The long nose projects sharply above a small mouth, and a long tapering projection runs down below the face to a rough, broken lower edge. The surface is pitted and worn, and the head stands on a dark block against a plain grey backdrop.
