Photograph: Swedish Cyprus Expedition, 1927–31. Medelhavsmuseet, Stockholm, C06327. Public domain (CC0).

Description

A standing limestone figure seen in profile, facing right, with a smooth hairstyle falling in a long mass behind the head and a smiling face with a straight nose. The arms hang at the sides, one hand near the hip, and a band is shown at the waist. The stone is weathered and pitted, and the figure stands on a dark wooden base with a pale band beneath, against a plain grey backdrop.
