Terracotta Proto-Cypriote II

Description

Side view of a tall terracotta standing figure with a wrapped band on the head, a long pointed nose and one arm bent with the hand raised to the chest. The body is broad at the shoulders and narrows to long legs and flat feet. Surface cracks and join lines show the piece has been reassembled, and it stands on a dark plinth with a blue-edged base against a plain grey backdrop.
