Description

A long, narrow iron object runs almost the full height of the picture, tapering towards a rounded top and widening slightly in the middle. Its surface is dark and heavily encrusted with corrosion, with pale patches and pits, and the lower end is broken and irregular. The object is shown against a plain pale grey ground on a card with a thin border.
