Pottery White Painted III-2 (L.316.55)

Description
A pottery jug photographed against a plain grey background, standing on a white label with a number label. The pear-shaped body is painted with a checkerboard of squares over the upper body, a hatched panel on one side, and wavy horizontal bands near the base. The tall spout is pinched into a beak, a strap handle rises from the shoulder to the rim, and the speckled surface shows some wear.
