Blurred photograph of a dark cylindrical object with a flat top against a pale background — Photograph: Swedish Cyprus Expedition, 1927–31. Medelhavsmuseet, Stockholm, C05217b. Public domain (CC0).

Description

A single dark, cylindrical object is photographed against a pale background, seen from slightly above so that its flat top and curved side are visible. Its surface shows faint vertical streaks and lighter patches, and the outline is soft and blurred, so fine detail cannot be judged.
