BA Bronze Tools and small finds, A.J.6.15, A.J.6.154

Description
Small finds are laid out on a pale background: about a dozen thin pins at upper left, a row of flat, tapering implements with small holes near their tops along the bottom, and a long strand of beads forming a loop at right. Two short arcs of small beads, two round disc-like fragments, a tube-shaped object and several small broken pieces sit in the centre and upper right.

- Description, scan 2
- Five flat metal objects, each tapering to a point or rounded end, lie in a row on a pale ground with their top ends at different heights. Some have small holes near the top or sides, and the longest has rivet-like knobs at its upper end. The surfaces look pitted and encrusted, and a handwritten number label sits below each object.
- Description, scan 3
- Long thin pins and a row of tanged, blade-shaped implements with rivet holes are laid out in rows on a pale board, with a bent wire piece at the far left. In the centre are a tube-shaped object with a hole, two disc-like fragments and small rounded pieces, and at the right a long loop of pale beads with smaller bead arcs in the middle. The metal pieces have dark, corroded surfaces and the whole arrangement is shown in a flat overhead view.
- Description, scan 4
- A necklace of about sixty rounded beads in a pale grey-white material, laid out in a loop on a light grey background. The beads vary in size, with the largest near the bottom of the loop, and the dark cord shows only at the top and in a break on the left side. The print is mounted on a pale card with handwritten blue notes and a printed label along the lower edge.
- Description, scan 5
- Two corroded metal objects are shown side by side on a pale mounted card, each with a number label beneath it. The left object is a flat, roughly rectangular piece with a crusted surface and two dark hollows near its upper edge. The right object is long and narrow, with a small perforation at its rounded top end, a waisted middle and a widening lower body with a pitted surface.
- Description, scan 6
- Three small corroded metal objects lie separately on a pale ground. At left is an elongated, leaf-shaped piece with a pointed upper end and a rough, pitted surface. In the centre is a thin strip, and at right a short piece with several stacked rings or coils, all shown against a pale mount.
- Description, scan 7
- A row of about a dozen slender, corroded metal objects, mostly tapering to points, laid upright on a pale card with a diagonal cut edge. Handwritten number labels sit above each one. One has a flat rounded head like a nail, one is bent near its top, and several have swollen or ribbed sections on the shaft.
- Description, scan 8
- Three photographs of corroded objects are mounted on a pale card. The two larger views show rounded, crusted pieces with broken edges and a shallow hollow near the centre, and the smaller view shows a similar piece with a deep central depression. A handwritten number label sits on the card at the lower right.
- Description, scan 9
- A long, tapering object with a rounded lower end and a round perforation near the narrower upper end. Its grey surface looks pitted and uneven. It stands upright against a pale background on a photo mount, with a printed number label in the lower corner.
- Description, scan 10
- Two U-shaped rows of small round beads, similar in size and dull in tone, lie on a pale grey ground. Several beads on the right-hand row have a small hole through them. The print is mounted on a cream card with a border and a small printed code in the corner.
- Description, scan 11
- A single slender metal object stands upright against a pale background, with a small looped head at the top and two long prongs that splay apart near the top and then run down side by side to blunt, rounded ends. Its surface looks rough and pitted, with darker patches toward the tips, and the shape resembles a pair of tweezers. A handwritten number label sits below the object, and the photograph is mounted on a pale card with a narrow border.
