Terracotta Proto-Cypriote I

Description

A tall terracotta statue of a standing figure, shown frontally against a plain pale background. The figure wears a conical cap and ring earrings, has large almond-shaped eyes and short sleeves, and a short triangular garment at the hips. The arms hang at the sides and the feet stand on a low rectangular base, with cracks and joins visible across the neck, belt and legs.
