Description

A large sculpted head with a wide face, arched eyebrows, deep-set almond-shaped eyes and a small mouth. A thick band of leaves and curls, perhaps a wreath, frames the forehead and sides, and the neck ends abruptly at the bottom of the frame. The surface is pitted and weathered against a plain pale backdrop.
