Stone statue, Arsos VIII-IX (Ar. C.M.)

Description

A carved stone head with short tight curls framing the forehead and sides, large almond-shaped eyes with heavy lids, a small mouth and a broad nose. The surface is pitted and worn, and the neck ends in a rough break above a plain rectangular base. The head is photographed against a plain grey backdrop, mounted on a pale card border.
