Description

A head carved in limestone with a rounded face, large eyes and a closed, full mouth. A band of leaves or a wreath runs across the forehead, and the hair is drawn back in waves and gathered at the sides. The neck ends in an uneven broken edge, and the piece is shown against a pale plain background with a grainy, pitted surface.
