Terracotta Proto-Cypriote II (A.I. 1821)

Description

Side view of the upper body of a terracotta figure, with the face turned to the right and the body cut off by the bottom of the frame. The head has a flat cap-like top, a rounded ear, a long straight nose and a slight smile, and the pale grey surface is pitted with small holes. Two parallel incised lines run down the shoulder and along the upper arm, and part of a second arm shows at the left edge against a plain background.
