Description

A grey pottery jug with a broad rounded body, a tall flaring neck and a strap handle rising from the shoulder to the rim. The surface is worn and mottled, with a dark band under the neck and a few small patches of faint painted marks near the shoulder. The jug stands alone on a pale surface against a plain light background, photographed from a slight angle.
