Limestone Proto-Cypriote, Ar.

Description

A carved stone head in pale grey limestone, shown from the front on a pale base, with a flat-topped headdress and hair falling past the ears to the shoulders. The heavy-lidded eyes, straight nose and small closed mouth are worn, and the surface is pitted and grainy with darker marks around the neck. A number label appears in the lower right corner, beside the photograph's pale card mount.
