Terracotta Neo-Cypriote

Description

A grey terracotta statue of a standing female figure seen in profile facing left, with a rounded headdress, a smiling face and hands held together at the chest. The body narrows into a tall cylindrical base that is part of the piece, shown against a plain pale background. The surface is worn and mottled, and a thin dark line crosses the join between figure and base.
