Description
A wide, rounded bowl with an upper edge that curves gently inward, seen from the side and slightly above. Its surface is smooth and dark, with incised decoration of chevron and herringbone bands, short parallel strokes and long vertical lines running down the body. Pale patches of worn or encrusted material show on the surface, and the bowl stands on a light, plain ground with no other objects in the frame.
