Description

A carved stone head of a young woman, facing slightly to the side, with wavy hair in rows of curls above the forehead and a veil or cloth drawn over the back of the head. A small bunch-like earring hangs by the ear, and the nose is chipped. The head sits on a thin rod set into a plain square pedestal against a plain grey backdrop.
