Description

A globular vessel with a single loop handle rises from the shoulder to a tall neck with a chipped rim. The dark surface carries bands of closely spaced horizontal lines around the shoulder and vertical lines on the body, forming a cross-hatched pattern. The vessel stands on a small pale stand against a plain grey backdrop, and a crack runs across the lower body.
