Terracotta Proto-Cypriote I

Description

A standing terracotta human figure seen from the front, with a tall pointed cap, large ears and a modelled face with incised eyes. It wears a short-sleeved robe that falls to the calves, the arms hang at the sides with the right hand clenched, and the bare feet stand on a rectangular base. The surface is cracked with visible joins and some losses, and the figure is shown against a plain pale background.
