Description

A single pottery jar photographed against a plain grey background, standing on a low ring foot. It has a wide flared rim, a short neck and a rounded body with dark painted bands, a band of hatched diagonal strokes on the shoulder, and thin lines around the lower body. Loop handles sit at the shoulder, and the surface shows some wear and chipping near the neck and base.
