Description

A large rectangular block of pale, rough-surfaced masonry stands in the foreground, set among cut and broken stone walls and open dug ground. Beyond it a low wall runs across the site, and a white canvas tent with an open flap stands near a spoil heap at the back. Scattered stones and small shrubs and trees fill the dry landscape under a pale sky.
