Fragment of a terracotta head, right side of the face with the matching headdress, without the back; grey-pink fabric, hollow-moulded, H. 7. Surviving features include part of the bulging forehead, the start of the nose in a slight depression between the eyes, an almond-shaped eye set deep toward the nose, a fairly round cheek and a strongly marked, drooping brow ridge; a ribbon or turban appears between hair and veil, perhaps a female figure with a veil acting as a cult agent, from the Classical period, from the area south of the rampart, square K VI/δ4, same mould as heads Sal_2307 and Sal_4853.
