English, translated from the French record

Hollow-moulded terracotta bust of a standing draped female figure, object SAL_3701 (inventory Tc_1132), from square K VI/γ4 in the area south of the rampart, Salamis. Classical period. Fragment of the right arm with a very small part of the bust and the back; the back is scraped with a sinuous joint. Beige-brown fabric with a grey burnt core and remains of a whitish-grey slip; H. 10.8 cm, l. 6.2 cm. The drawing of the slashed sleeve is still visible on the upper arm, with one round button; the arm, broken at the elbow, was first pressed against the bust and then extended slightly forward, and the armhole appears alongside it as a vertical, strongly raised bead. Negatives 00565_01 and 00565_02; drawing D_0457; slide C_3539. 11 September 1968.
