Object card for lamp SAL_2099, Hellenistic period, from the area south of the rampart, square K VI/δ4 at Salamis, Cyprus. Wheel-made closed lamp without handle, piriform profile, with black glaze and no nozzle stub; black glaze partly flaked, nozzle partly broken, pale pinkish-buff clay; H. 4 at front, 3.8 at back; foot in relief, L. 7.7; ø 6.9; ø base 4.1; the filling hole is bordered by a flat ring sloping steeply towards the centre, bounded by a deep incised circle. Inventory L_0373; 6 April 1967.
