Complete terracotta spool-shaped object (H. 3.5 cm; ø 3.5 x 3 x 3.5), in salmon clay with grit, with flat discs for base and top and a narrowed central section; two horizontal incised grooves and a band of black paint decorate the centre, and the form is close to modern spools. Found in Campanopetra, square K IV/γ9, in a mixed context that yielded Late Roman lamps; see Salamis I, p. 107, nos. 438 and 439 (Sal. 694 and 695). Inventory Po_0068; 16 April 1966.
